Q. What is a good workout routine for beginners?
A. For beginners, there's a certain period of time for you to

follow at least 1 to 3 months. After that you can proceed to

the next program which is compatible to your body

structure. Human have different structures so definitely you

have different programs to follow.


Q. Is it better to train with machines or free weights?
A. Both machines and free weights is necessary because

in building muscle there's an isolation needed. You can

combine this every time you workout.For best results you

alternate, one month for machine and one month for free

weights.



Q. What is the most common mistake people make when

squatting?
A. Common mistakes in squatting * stances * execution *

breathing * motion or movements.
